The fine UK gents were responsible for making one of the finest records ever made (Cast Of Thousands), so anything they now do needs to be taken SERIOUSLY. Serious. After a few listens of The Seldom Seen Kid, I’ve noticed that Elbow has tipped their hat even harder to the likes of Talk Talk and Peter Gabriel… this is a good thing. Anyway, go listen to it. Also, I decided that the uglier the band is, the better they are. These guys are way ugly and their shit RULES.
