Do to the economy, I had to move. My son had a PITBULL as a pet whom made some minor damage in the efficiency attached to the house in which he was staying at. I had asked the Landlady for the deposit of $1600 dollars, and her responce was, "she doesn't owe me anything since my dog , had destroyed her place. I have pictures of the interior of the house,and efficiency showing the contrary, her comments are just an excuse for not giving me back my deposit.. it has been a year now and she had agree to pay me back part of it. Nothing has happened partly because, I haven't asked for it., figure she is also going thru hard times. Questions?. Should I ask her for it, now so late in time?
